SCHEDULE I. NO PARKING ZONES.
   (A)   No person or persons shall park a vehicle or conveyance of any description on the east side of County Line Street (Main Street) from one-half block south of Elm Avenue south to Route 36.
   (B)   No vehicle parking shall be permitted on the south side of West Orchard Avenue between Main Street and North Illinois Street.
   (C)   No parking from the north side of West Central from the first alley to Illinois Street.
