Illinois Street running north and south, Birch Street running east and west, and Magnolia Street running east and west are to be used for emergency use only. Other roadways within the village may be used for the operation of snowmobiles only for the purposes of traveling to or from the dedicated snowmobile route as defined herein and the residence of the operator of said snowmobile.
