§ 73.26  APPLICATION AND JURISDICTION.
   No portion of this subchapter shall preclude the state or its officers or agents from enforcing the state’s Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act under 625 ILCS 40/1-1 through 625 ILCS 40/11-1.
