The operator of a bicycle on a roadway, when making a right turn, shall follow the right-hand edge of the roadway, and the operator of a bicycle on a roadway when making a left turn shall approach the point of turning the traffic lane nearest the center of the roadway. No operator of a bicycle shall start, slow down, stop, or attempt to turn without first indicating such movement as provided by law.
