(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any streets or alleys designated as one-way streets or alleys by ordinance, in any direction other than that so designated.
(B) It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle except in a northerly direction, over, across, and along the alley running in a northerly direction from and between West Central Street and West Forest Street in the village, said alley being a part of the following described real estate: Block 1 in Randall’s Third Addition to the Original Town, now Village of Atwood, Piatt County, Illinois.
(C) The Street Superintendent is hereby authorized and directed to post suitable signs designating said alley as an alley for one-way traffic in accordance with this traffic code.
