§ 52.18  CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The discharge from plumbing fixtures only shall be connected to the public sanitary sewers of the village.
   (B)   For the purposes of this subchapter, the term “plumbing fixtures” shall be construed in accordance with the state’s Plumbing Code, and shall specifically include basement floor drains.
   (C)   The connection of footing tile, area drains, surface water inlets, downspouts, yard or field drains, or any other drainage facility which receives ground water seepage of collected surface water to the public sanitary sewer system is hereby prohibited.
