(A) No cesspools, septic or other sewerage tank, or privy shall be constructed on property to which a public sanitary sewer is accessible.
(B) The use of all cesspools, septic or other sewerage tanks, and the privies already constructed on property to which a public sanitary sewer is or becomes accessible, shall be discontinued not later than one year after the passage and publication of this code of ordinances or after the public sanitary sewer becomes accessible.
