(A) It shall be unlawful to construct or permit the construction of any storm water drain which discharges water onto any sidewalk in the village, and it shall be unlawful to construct or permit the maintenance of any such drain which discharges into any public street or alley at a height greater than 18 inches above the ground or pavement.
(B) Any rainwater from the roof of any building shall be considered storm water drainage and shall not be connected with any sanitary sewer.
