All revenue and moneys derived from the operation of the combined waterworks and sewerage system shall be held by the Village Clerk, or other qualified personnel appointed by the President/Mayor and Board of Trustees, and the Village Clerk, or such authorized personnel shall render bills for service and for all rates and charges in connection therewith and collect all moneys due thereon, separate and apart from his or her private funds and said sum, without any deduction whatever, shall be delivered to the Village Treasurer not more than ten days after receipt of the same, or at such more frequent intervals as may from time to time be directed by the President/Mayor and Board of Trustees.
