§ 33.42 LOIT SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FUND.

(A) Fund 257: LOIT Special Distribution is hereby established and the funds received as part of the 2016 SEA 67 COIT-CEDIT Special Distribution are allocated as follows:

(B) One hundred percent (100%) shall be placed into Fund 257 and used for local road and streets budgeted for budget year 2016 or later.
