(A) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish a non-reverting operating fund for the Atlanta Ball Fields to be used for the purposes hereinafter established.
(B) Fund. There is hereby established an Atlanta Ball Fields Non-Reverting Fund for operations, maintenance and improvements.
(C) Fees. Donations, league fees, dues, and fund raising revenues shall be deposited into the Non-Reverting Fund established herein.
(D) Use of funds. Expenditures can be made from this fund by the Atlanta Town Council, without appropriation, for Ball Fields operations, maintenance and improvements. The monies of this Fund shall be dispersed only upon claims approved by the Atlanta Town Council.
