(A) There is hereby created a Sanitary Sewer Depreciation Fund for the Sanitary Sewer Works Utility.
(B) The town shall transfer the sum of $100 per month from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund of the Sanitary Sewer Works Utility to the Sanitary Sewer Depreciation Fund which is hereby created by the adoption of this section.
(C) The sums of money so transferred from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund to the Sanitary Sewer Depreciation Fund of the said Sanitary Sewer Works Utility shall be used for equipment replacement and major maintenance work in connection with the said Sanitary Sewer Works Utility.
