§ 31.59 ADOPTION OF ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER, REVISED.
   The Town Council may adopt the Rules of Parliamentary Practice Comprised in the latest published edition of Robert Rules of Order, Revised, and if the Robert Rules of Order, Revised, are adopted by the Council it shall govern in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the ordinances with the town including these rules, or the statuettes of the state.
