§ 30.06 PAID HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   Town employees shall be entitled to receive the following paid holidays:
      (1)   New Year’s Day;
      (2)   Martin Luther King, Jr. Day;
      (3)   Good Friday;
      (4)   Primary Election Day;
      (5)   Memorial Day;
      (6)   July 4;
      (7)   Labor Day;
      (8)   Election Day;
      (9)   Veterans’ Day;
      (10)   Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving Day;
      (11)   Christmas Eve; and
      (12)   Christmas Day.
   (B)   When any of these holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, the supervisor of the department shall determine whether to take the Friday preceding the holiday or the Monday following the holiday as the paid holiday for the employees of their respective departments.
