§ 96.04 VIOLATIONS; INJUNCTION.
   A person commits a violation of this subchapter if he or she enters or remains within a public park after its closing time or before its opening time. Furthermore, a person commits a violation of this subchapter if he or she parks a vehicle within a public park for reasons other than using the recreational facilities offered by the public park. Any person or entity who violates any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be punished with a fine for each violation. The fine so imposed cannot be waived or suspended. A separate violation of this subchapter shall be deemed committed on each day during which the person and/or vehicle remains on any part of the real estate which constitutes a public park. In addition to the penalties provided in the preceding sentences, the town is empowered to bring a civil action to enjoin any person from violating any section, provision, or condition of this subchapter.
