(A) Town employees shall be entitled to one week, five working days of vacation per year, based on the date of employment. The following conditions shall prevail.
(1) Vacation shall be taken in the year earned. Vacation not taken shall be lost, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Town Council.
(2) Vacation schedules shall be approved by the Town Council.
(3) Employees shall be paid for a maximum of five days when off work due to sickness. Medical verification will be required.
(B) Modification in duration can be made at the discretion of the Town Council.
