(A) Parking areas. Residents who make use of the public park facilities shall park their vehicles only in areas designated as a parking lot for vehicles, and this covers vehicles of any kind.
(B) Parking area hours. In connection with those public parks where a parking area has been designated for the parking of vehicles by members of the public who are using the park, then the members of the public shall be permitted to park the vehicle on the area so designated from sunrise until 11:00 p.m.
(C) Prohibited hours. No person or entity of any kind shall place, keep, or park a vehicle of any kind on real estate owned by the town for park purposes between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise of the following day.
