Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of a resolution authorized by this chapter, shall upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $2,500 in addition to costs and attorney fees. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to the foregoing, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation or other entity who shall be in violation of this chapter or in violation of any resolution authorized by this chapter.
