A permit issued under this chapter or a resolution authorized by this chapter may be immediately revoked for any violation of any provision of this chapter, resolution, or of any law of the State of Indiana or of the United States, or for giving any false information on the application for permit or for any other conduct which threatens the peace and security of the citizens of the town.
