§ 95.04 CLEAN-UP.
   (A)   Each permittee shall allow no accumulation of trash, refuse, or garbage at the site of the permitted booth, but shall police the areas of the booth and place any such materials in approved dumpsters provided by the town. Each landowner who allows the erection of any booth upon private property shall allow no accumulation of trash, garbage, or refuse upon the property but shall police the property and place all such materials in approved dumpsters provided by the town.
   (B)   Those organizations granted special areas by the resolution of the Town Council shall allow no accumulation of trash, garbage, or refuse upon or within the special area, but shall police the special area and place all materials of this type in approved dumpsters provided by the town.
   (C)   In the event of a violation of this provision the town may police the property or area and the permittee, the landowner, and the organization holding a special area shall be liable for the actual cost of clean-up, or a charge of $50, whichever is the greater.
