(A) Nothing shall be burned which shall result in the spread beyond the boundaries of the property on which the burning takes place of any noxious, poisonous, or corrosive gas, vapor, mist, dust, or other substance.
(B) No burning shall take place on any day in which the Fire Chief or his or her authorized representative has declared a fire danger or air quality emergency.
