§ 92.35 CHICKEN PERMIT FEE.
   The Town of Atlanta shall charge an application fee on all applications for the harboring of chickens within town boundaries. This fee shall be as set forth in Atlanta's Municipal Fee Schedule as may be revised and amended from time to time.
