§ 92.34 PERMIT PERIODS.
   Permits for the harboring of chickens shall be valid for one year beginning on the date of issuance and until such time as:
   (A)   The permit holder ceases to live on the piece of property or to have a flock on the property for a period of 90 consecutive days;
   (B)   The permit is rescinded due to non-compliance or violations;
   (C)   Local, state, or federal laws make operation by the permit illegal or unfeasible; or
   (D)   The Town of Atlanta revises, modifies, or repeals this subchapter.
