(A) The Hamilton County Animal Control ordinances, codified in Title 15, Article 2.1, Ch. 1 of the Hamilton County Code of ordinances, shall not be enforced within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Atlanta, Indiana.
(B) All laws of the State of Indiana which pertain to the regulation and control of animals, including but not limited to their ownership, financial responsibility of owners, harboring, abandonment, running at large, rabies control and quarantine, pursuit, capture, confinement, the prevention and control of diseases of domestic animals, and the active rules and regulations of the State Board of Health, and all unlawful acts relating thereto, which are not inconsistent with this Ch.92 are made a part of said chapter by reference.
