I.C. 9-22-1-1 et seq. and 9-13-2-1 through 9-13-2-200 are hereby incorporated by reference in this subchapter. In the event the provisions of this subchapter conflict with the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1-1 et seq. or 9-13-2-1 through 9-13-2-201, then the provisions of the state statute control.
