(A) If any order for removal of a junk vehicle is not obeyed within the time period fixed herein, the owner of the junk vehicle and the occupant and the owner of the real estate upon which the junk vehicle is located shall each, upon conviction, be punished with a fine for each violation. The fine so imposed cannot be waived or suspended. A separate violation of this subchapter shall be deemed committed on each day during which the junk vehicle is permitted to remain on the real estate after the time fixed in the order.
(B) In addition to the penalties provided in division (A) of this section, the town is empowered to bring a civil action to enjoin any person from violating any section, provision, or condition of this subchapter.
