§ 91.06 LIABILITY DISCLAIMER.
   In the event an officer of the town Police Department, a private towing service, employees of the town, or an agent of the town removes a vehicle from public or private property pursuant to this subchapter, they shall not be liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or the real estate occurring during the removal of the vehicle.
