(A) There shall be no parking on the west side of North Walnut Street for a distance of 26 feet from North Walnut Street’s intersection with Meridian Street and for a distance of 150 feet on the west side of North Walnut Street for a distance of 150 feet south of its intersection with Meridian Street, and there shall be no parking on the entire east side of South Walnut Street from its intersection with Walton Street to the said South Walnut Street’s intersection with Main Street. There shall be no parking at any time on Hopkins Drive, Michael Drive, and Allison Drive.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this schedule or any resolution passed pursuant hereto when promulgated by the posting of an appropriate traffic sign and for which offense no specific penalty is provided in any other section, upon conviction of any and for each such violation of this schedule, shall be punished with a minimum fine of $10 and a maximum penalty of $1,000. Said fine cannot be waived or suspended.
