§ 72.20 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION; SPECIAL EVENTS.
   During any public parade, assembly, or demonstration upon the streets, or during an emergency, officers of the Town Marshal may prohibit parking upon any street to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians. Any owner, driver, or operator of any motor vehicle when called upon by the Town Marshal at any such time to remove the same shall do so immediately, and if the owner, driver, or operator cannot be found the Town Marshal may himself or herself remove the motor vehicle.
