§ 72.19 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle upon any street or highway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Washing, greasing, or repairing the motor vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
   (B)   Displaying the motor vehicle for sale.
