(A) Utility customers may purchase a hose bib meter from the Atlanta Utility Department in order to meter outside water consumption. This meter will be read annually, allowing for a once yearly sewage adjustment.
(B) The Utility Department may also provide pool fill service from town fire hydrants, in accordance with the town's pool fill policy.
(C) If the customer requesting the pool fill has any outstanding delinquent unpaid accounts with the town, the customer will not be eligible for pool fill service from the town.
