§ 52.10 PLACEMENT AT CURB FOR COLLECTION.
   The resident shall be responsible for placing the container(s) holding garbage, rubbish, and recyclables at the curb not earlier than 12:00 noon on the day preceding the designated collection day, and for prompt retrieval of the container(s) no later than 12:00 the day following collection day.
