(A) In accordance with the provisions set forth in I.C. 36-9-23-1 through 36-9-23-36, fees and charges imposed and assessed under this chapter shall constitute a lien against the real estate where the household and/or residence is located, and which are required to participate in the town-wide trash pick-up under this chapter.
(B) The imposition of a lien against the real estate hereunder, as well as foreclosure actions on the lien, shall be in accordance with I.C. 36-9-23-31 through 36-9-23-35.
