This chapter is made by the Town of Atlanta pursuant to the authority granted to it by I.C. 36-1-6-2, I.C. 36-1-6.4, I.C. 36-1-12-4, I.C. 36-8-2-4, I.C. 36-8-2-10, I.C. 36-5-2-9, I.C. 36-5-4-11, I.C. 36-9-23-1 through 36-9-23-36, and I.C. 36-9-30-5. The various terms, requirements and provisions set forth in the aforementioned I.C. 36-9-23-1 through 36-9-23-36 are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
