§ 52.07 OCCUPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT.

In the event the occupant of the real estate (owner or renter) is not physically occupying the residence due to vacation or an extended stay elsewhere, the occupant of the real estate is still responsible to pay the monthly garbage collection fee.
