As stated here and above, the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to bill the households for such service along with other town utility billings. The bill shall be in the amount of the price for such service as negotiated by the Town Council, plus any service charge authorized by the Town Council, and the Town Council has determined that the monthly charge of the service plus administration and services charges total the amounts outlined in § 52.01.
