§ 51.66 NON-RECURRING RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   Tapping fee. The actual cost of making the tap or connection.
   (B)   Availability fee. Per EDU: $2,460.
   (C)   Late fee. 10% of the current utility bill amount.
   (D)   Service charge. Per visit: $35.
