§ 51.54 VIOLATIONS; NOTICE TO CORRECT; LIABILITY.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except § 51.45, shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the town by reason of that violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. This area shall have the penalties set forth in § 10.99, which also, in addition to including a monetary fine will include the right of an injunction.
