In the event that the town excavates and plugs a private sewer to disable its use due to non-payment, this cost shall be paid by the customer at the rates approved and updated in § 34.22 plus the cost of any material utilized by the town. If the customer desires to reconnect, in addition to any past due bills, and reconnection fee, the customer must pay for all labor, equipment and material costs relating to the physical reconnection plus a turn-on charge in the sum of $35.
