§ 51.31 BUILDING SEWERS; PERMIT; COSTS; LIABILITY.
   (A)   Building sewer permit. There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: for residential service, and for service to establishments producing industrial waste. In either case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the town. The permit applications shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the inspector.
   (B)   Building sewer costs; liability. All costs and expense incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner or the person installing the building sewer for the owner shall indemnify the town from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation.
