(A) Chapter 30, which is entitled “Design of Sewers” and Chapter 40, which is entitled “Wastewater Pumping Stations” of the “Ten State Standards” published in 2003, and as may be amended from time to time, are hereby fully incorporated into this section by reference and are hereby adopted in their entirety.
(B) Whoever shall be found in violation of the terms, conditions, and provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which such violation occurs or continues. In addition, the town may seek injunctive relief in a court of law and/or equity to enforce the terms and provisions of this section.
