§ 50.17 VIOLATIONS; REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE.

Any person violating the provisions of this subchapter, on conviction, shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code, and each day’s offense shall constitute a new and separate offense. Other remedies of the town, in any such instance, shall not be affected by the recovery of any such penalty.
