The Town Council hereby appoints the President of the Town Council and two additional members of the Town Council to serve as the Oversight Board for purposes of governing the internal control standards and procedures of the Town of Atlanta and, specifically, to monitor compliance with the policy on materiality and process for reporting material terms, suggest updates to the same from time-to-time, and to make periodic reports to the Town Council.
