No person shall transport, carry, possess or have any alcoholic liquor in or upon or about any motor vehicle except in the original package and with the seal unbroken. A person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (1972 Code)
