8-1-19: DRIVING ON PARKINGS:

Any person driving any team, wagon or other vehicle, or riding or driving any horse, cow, steer, hog or other animals on or across any such lawns, or wilfully or carelessly permits any such animal to go upon the same, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 11, 2-6-1917)
