8-1-14: RAILROADS OBSTRUCTING PASSAGE:
No railroad company or conductor, engineer or other employee of any railroad company, or other person moving or controlling any locomotive engine, car or train of cars, upon any railroad track at the crossing of any traveled street, or crossing, or alley intersecting such railroad, in the city limits, shall obstruct the free passageway across the same for a longer time than five (5) minutes, and any railroad company, its engineers, conductors or other employees, who shall so obstruct the free passageway along any of such streets, crossings or alleys for a longer period than above provided shall be subject to penalty.
