8-1-8: THROWING DEBRIS ON STREETS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, sweep or leave any paper, grass from lawns, straw, ashes, dirt, filth, brush or other like substance, or to cause the same to be thrown, placed, swept or left in or upon any street, alley or sidewalk. (Ord. 11, 2-6-1917)
