8-1-7: INTERFERE WITH STAKES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to purposely change or remove any stake, post or stone set or placed to designate the corner or line of any lot or land, street or alley, or to show the grade of any street, alley or sidewalk. (Ord. 11, 2-6-1917)
