It is hereby declared a menace to the public safety and health and a nuisance for any person to cause or permit:
(A) Jimson, Burdock: Any weeds, such as jimson, burdock, ragweed, thistle, cockleburs, or other weeds of a like kind, to grow in any lot or tract of land in the city.
(B) Height: Any weeds, grass or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers, vegetables or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding eight inches (8") anywhere in the city.
(C) Barberry Bushes: Growth of the bush of the tall, common or European barberry, further known as Berberis vulgaris or its horticultural varieties, within the city. (1972 Code)
