A health official, after proper identification, shall be permitted to enter a bed and breakfast establishment at any reasonable time for the purpose of making inspections to determine compliance with this code. The health official shall be permitted to examine the records of the bed and breakfast establishment pertaining to food and supplies purchased, received or used, and certification of food managers.
